| Congratulations to the winners and nominees of the first Official-Unoffical
Staff Supported Editor Awards. The awards were done as a way of recognizing
the accomplishments of editors based on nominations and votes from their
peers. The categories were based on last years unofficial awards
with a few changes (e.g. no sexiest editor image this time around). Nominations
were taken over a three week period. Voting
took place for almost two weeks. The awards were announced
on Tuesday, July 10. Almost 200 editors voted in the awards.
We hope to have an even bigger turn out in January when we will have the
awards again. Thanks to everyone who voted. Staff would like to offer
our special thanks to newwave
for his help and assistance.
